Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your No Worries account and the data associated with it from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open No Worries and sign in to your account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your No Worries account and associated data, including:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Homes, linked devices, and schedules owned by your account
  • Alerts, recordings, and audio segments associated with those homes

This action cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@no-worries.com from the email address associated with your account. To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
